COCKTAILS AND DESSERTS

step 1

separate preparation

Before preparing your allergy cocktail, we have a separate shaker which is sterilised before use. This prevents any cross contamination. All surfaces & equipment will be cleaned down.

step 2

served first

Your cocktail will be prepared and placed away from other drinks; allergy drinks will be bought out first and the rest of your order will then follow.

step 3

checked at the table

As well as signage around the bar regarding allergens, staff will also ask you and your group if you have any allergies on your table when ordering, this is so they can talk you through options and bring you out an allergen list.
