You'll be shaking at the bar with us rather than at separate tables — up to five guests step up at a time, so everyone gets their turn with the host while the rest relax with their drinks.

How the class runs

Two hours, five moments — with a proper break to enjoy every drink you make.

We break the ice the Enchant way — games behind the bar, a glass of Charming Prosecco in hand and everyone loosened up before the shakers come out.

cocktail one — pornstar martini

The classic everyone asks for. You shake it yourself, then a proper break to sit, sip and enjoy what you've made.

cocktail two — mint mojito

Muddling, building and layering over crushed ice. Another break to drink it while it's fresh.

cocktail three — forest zombie

Our signature, and yes — it's finished with fire. The showpiece of the class, made by you.

The finale. You design a drink from scratch, name it, and we serve it to you like it's always been on the menu.

When it runs

Masterclasses run on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, with selected Thursday evenings released too. We don't run masterclasses Friday to Sunday.
